Additional Information

The house is located on a dirt dead end road with a large yard with plenty of privacy.

The house has 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each room, a bath, an eat in kitchen, and a living room with a single day bed.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and coffeepot.  Dishes and cookware are included.

Off the house is a deck with a gas grill and picnic table.  At the waters edge is your private dock with table and chairs, rowboat and life preservers.

Telephone (with dataport) and portable phone are located between the kitchen and living room.  There is a TV with limited channels.  Blankets and pillows are at the house.  You will need to supply towels and linens .

It is a small house with a nice yard therefore we limit it to five people and no pets for everyone's comfort.
